Its time to do your Spring Detox and we have a great plan in place to support you and work together to achieve our goals! 

Join me for a seven day Spring detox from September 3rd till 9th. 

This is the opportunity for you to meet with me directly and detox together for 7 days. 

We will meet every night on Zoom and we will share the experience of a detox. 

The topics explored and covered are 

1. Spring detox principles and practices
2. How to eliminate what doesn't help you 
3. The best detox methods including juices, wholesome diet and fasting 
4. How to detox for the best results 
5. Creating your detox plan 
6. Herbs and supplements to help you detox. 

Who is this for? 

Anyone who wants to detox with me for seven days. We start on day one with an assessment and then each day move deeper into our chosen detox strategy. 

We meet on Zoom every evening at 7pm. Make the commitment for seven days at 7pm to be educated and supported in your detox journey. 

This course is available to everyone who enrols.
