Let’s Do a Parasite and Heavy Metal Cleanse — Online Group Course

This supported group parasite and heavy metal cleanse will run from Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 through to Tuesday, March 31st, 2026. Yes before easter lets have this cleanse and set ourselves up for a great Autumn season of wellness. 

We will meet every Tuesday evening for four weeks, with one hour of online education, group connection, and space for your questions to be answered.

Together we will explore parasites and heavy metals in the body, and work with a cellular cleanse designed to help you feel clearer, more energised, and lighter in your overall toxic load.

A regular parasite cleanse and heavy metal detox can be an important part of feeling stronger, more energised, and healthier, while helping to reduce risk factors for illness. We’ll move through this process as a group, supporting one another and keeping everyone on track.

Course Includes

Questionnaire and personal assessment of your parasite and heavy metal detox requirements by naturopaths

Personally formulated herbal medicine, sent to you for the duration of the course (500ml per person)

Weekly 60‑minute class with education on the topic plus Q&A (4 classes total)

Dietary and detoxification education, including recipes for weekly inspiration to support parasite and heavy metal removal

Group-supported cleanse, offering encouragement, accountability, and direct access to naturopaths to assist your success.
