Using raw honey, herbal infusions and Medicine Room liquid herbal extracts, you'll learn how to craft delicious celebration drinks that can be enjoyed by family and friends throughout Christmas and beyond. Whether you're creating alcohol-free beverages or exploring traditional celebratory drinks, this workshop will give you the skills and inspiration to formulate your own unique blends.

The secret to a truly memorable celebration drink lies in the balance of flavour, aroma and herbal character. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the principles of blending botanicals and create your own herbal honey concentrate to take home. After allowing your preparation to mature for a few weeks, you'll have the foundation for a range of delicious festive beverages ready to share and enjoy.
