A special event for Kundalini yoga fans who want to join us for yoga and lunch. 

We have a regular Kundalini yoga class in Maleny weekly on Thursday afternoon at 5pm. 

This event is by Donation of Cash on the day. ( Please feel free to donate what you think is fair and what you can as a gratitude for rent, lunch and us)

Join us in the Verandah Room at Maleny Community Centre on the 6th July for a wonderful Kundalini yoga experience for four hours.

9.30am One hour yoga class ( BYO matt, bolster, snuggly clothing and blanket) Includes warm up and Kriya as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

10.30 Golden Mylk morning tea ( Vegan, GF, Dairy Free) BYO mug for drinking.

11am 62 minute Venus Kriya with partner ( we will supply a partner if you come on your own) Involves Mantra, mudra, connection.

12.15 Lunch provided vegetarian Ayurvedic winter nourishment. ( most suitable for Vegan tastes) BYO Plate, fork and spoon for lunch. Washing up facilities available for you.

12.45 to 1.30pm Sound healing relaxing guided meditation to close.

This day is suitable for beginners through to teachers of Kundalini yoga. Its a beautiful immersion day for winter wellness.
