Robin Clayfield I saw Dom present a session on Cardio Health at the Qld Garden Expo recently and learnt that Hawthorn Berry and Hibiscus flowers supported in moderating blood pressure (as well as Turmeric, Garlic and Lemon Balm). She made us teas from the dried herbs and we all got to taste each one. I've since started taking some each day and it's totally worked, in just 3 or 4 days of taking a tea of Hawthorn Berry, Hibiscus flower, Turmeric and black pepper. Wow!
