When Your Body Says “Enough”: The Burnout Recovery Journey
Share
Burnout often begins quietly. A few restless nights. A foggy morning. A sense that your spark has dimmed, even though life keeps asking for more. For many people, this slow unraveling becomes a way of living — until the body finally says “enough.”
That’s the moment people find their way to me. And it’s why, on June 18th, I’m hosting a free 60‑minute webinar to help you understand what burnout really is: the hormonal shifts, the nervous‑system strain, the emotional patterns, and the exhaustion that doesn’t lift with a weekend off. In this session, I’ll share the drivers of burnout, the early warning signs, and the herbs, nutrients, and foods I use in clinic to help people rebuild their clarity, resilience, and joy.
This webinar also opens early‑bird enrolments for my Two‑Week Burnout Recovery Course, beginning in July — a deeper, more personal journey for those ready to move from depletion to vitality. Each student receives a personalised naturopathic kit: a 500ml herbal blend formulated for your burnout pattern, a course‑specific herbal tea, and a pre‑course questionnaire reviewed by our naturopaths. Once your assessment is complete, your custom blend is created and shipped to you, supporting your recovery from day one. Over two weeks, we meet for three live classrooms where you learn the physiology of burnout, the emotional loops that keep you stuck, and the practical strategies that restore energy and hormonal balance.
You simply enrol, complete your questionnaire, receive your kit, and join the live sessions — with all recordings included.
Then, on August 2nd, we gather in Maleny for a full‑day immersive workshop in the Verandah Room at the Maleny Community Centre. This is where the learning becomes embodied. We begin with gentle Kundalini yoga for recovery, followed by herbal medicine making, where you craft your own personalised body oil. Over a warm broth‑based lunch by Noosa Private Chef Ona Klova, we explore recipes and foods that support adrenal and nervous‑system healing. In the afternoon, we blend herbal teas for recovery, and you take home both your tea and your body oil — reminders of your commitment to restoring yourself.
If burnout has been whispering — or shouting — this is your invitation back to energy, clarity, and joy. You can register for the free webinar or join our two week online course for some personal recovery and book your Maleny workshop place when you’re ready.
