Festive Season Greetings
Here is a lovely picture of My Son Alex with his Son Renn and Poppa at Australia Zoo Recently. Thats three generations of men in our family all having a good day together. Alex runs our Manufacturing of Herbal Medicines Shed and he has a great love of herbs having grown up with them all his life. He is completing his environmental science degree and has plans for us to grow and develop refined manufacturing techniques. Its pretty exciting to be able to work with my family in this way. I'm super grateful to Alex for making this career step. Poppa has gone back to NZ now, but we loved their visit last month.
Sending festive season greetings to you and your loved ones. Celebrating with friends and family is a cornerstone of our annual calendar, and we always look forward to a joyful Christmas meal together and the sharing of gifts with family.
This year we will be attending the Woodford Folk Festival from December 26th until January 1st. Our Medicine Room stall will be located right near the entrance gates, opposite the Bazaar Venue, where you can enjoy morning yoga, breath work, and meditations.
As you may know, I have been privileged to be part of the programming team since 2006, and my work at Woodfordia continues year-round. We seek out inspiring wellness practitioners in yoga, dance, movement, breath work, and speaking. Each year we review applications and meet incredible new people to incorporate into the six-day event.
This year our Meditation in Motion / Folk Medicine Program will run across Lake Ghuka, The Mill, The Village Green, Hilltop, Arbour, and Bazaar venues. Beginning at 5.15am each morning, you will find us energising and setting up a fabulous day together.
We warmly welcome you to join these sessions and invite you to attend the Woodford Folk Festival for a truly beautiful experience of music, dance, entertainment, and immersive community. Tickets are still available.
Medicine Room Schedule
Eumundi Markets Operating as usual until Saturday 20th December 2025. (This is your last opportunity for herbal medicines and Christmas shopping with us there until January 10th 2026.) Reopening on Saturday 10th January 2026.
Maleny Clinic Open until Thursday 18th December 2025. (Our last day of free community clinic and Christmas shopping experience before closing.) Reopening on Thursday 15th January 2026.
Herbal Postal Services Closing on Thursday 18th December 2025 at 12 noon. Resuming on Wednesday 14th January 2026. All online shop orders, email requests, and back orders will be filled and posted from January 14th, with the aim of having everything dispatched by the end of that week.
