How to avoid post viral syndrome

Post Viral Syndromes? Lets avoid them now!

Post Viral Syndrome? Exhausted? Feel like the flu has been going for months on end? What about Glandular fever? Ross River, Retrovirus? aching joints? Chronic Fatigue? Mossie illnesses? Depression and lack of energy? The risk factors for POst Viral Syndromes are high when you are exposed to any viruses.

Here is my latest pod cast on this important topic.

My top advice is to address all illness at the begining and then you can probably avoid the cascade of illness that can turn into an autoimmune disease.

When you feel sick acknowledge it and deal with it. That means stopping and taking time initially to look at what needs to be done to bring yourself into full recovery using herbal medicines, diet and lifestyle choices.

My top tips for avoiding post viral syndrome are a combination of dietary, lifestyle and also herbal support.

Watch the triggers, over work, stress, viruses, flus, feeling tired, travel, and anything that triggers the immunity to stop from switching off after exposure. This can include environmental toxins, parasitic infections, vaccinations, allergenic responses. Challenges to your immunity are what keep us sick unless we take direct measure to boost our immunity, reduce our stress and create balance in the body physically, emotionally and mentally.

This can effect everyone of every age.

Is there an epigentic predisposition to this condition? Whats your viral history? Lets look at cytokines and lets look at this continued production by the body and how we respond to this. Teenagers are the ones who tend to get Glandular fever. retro virus is typical in small children and elderly people. There is more unknown medically than known about these conditions. Chronic fatigue is only diagnosed by elimination of other conditions that you don’t have…. so we can say its a assumed condition,

Listen to my podcast now and find out the connection between post viral syndromes and Multiple sclerosis a condition that is reported to effect 5% of Developed country western women in their lifetime. THis is directly related to post viral syndromes in some interesting research.

Share with your friends and family. THis is an important issue.
