Life moves fast hey? One day we are sitting in our comfort zone and just getting on with it... then the next day we get a new concept? idea? or feel that we need to move a certain way?
Today I was at our beloved clinic at Caloundra... Its located right by one of my favourite surf breaks at Moffats Beach... When I went there it was for a few reasons. Number one was my beautiful Zen Thai Shiatsu friend Cat Oconnell was doing Zen Thai from there ( three years ago) and wanted to do some further training, which opened up the space. Then Cat suggested to Margie ( who runs the space) that they stock our awesome Medicine Room products.. and she did. Cat has since done some epic training and is someone who I hold the utmost love and respect for... She opened the way for me and I am always grateful to the people who open the way....Then my friend and teacher Gwyn said " yes go surfing at moffats" and he is someone else who I listen to... every time... so I conceptulised the idea of surfing and then clinics... so far so good. It works for me...
That break at moffats for a long boarder like me ( timid and enjoying the back waters and long deep green) is perfect... and I'm about to make the journey backto surfing after my accident last year with dislocated and fractured fingers plus a broken wrist... oops... the ocean is not that kind sometimes..
Moving along we have been doing herbal body therapy there now for a few years and I am excited to say my wrist is well enough ( after my surfing and personal adjustment issues in 2019) to be doing Zen Thai shiatsu again... ( so please book. www.blissyouwellness.com)
The real news is that we are going to run a free community clinic there from Feb to June.. and if you all love it enough we will continue... The clinics are 30 minutes each.. 100% free clinic service... you just pay for your herbs... and for my regular clients its gold! How often do we get 30 minutes at Eumundi markets free clinics? ( rare and if ever!) and you get the benefit of a super relaxed happy Dom.... ( I may have just come in from a morning surf )
