Blessings for the Festive Season.... Keep the flow on.....
Hello and welcome to my blog.
Here are some of our beautiful guests at our recent rebranding launch in Maleny.... It was such a lovely evening.
It's 7am. I'm sitting in a cafe in Maleny drinking coffee, and a friend walks in just now.. I ask how he is ? " I'm under the pump" Yep... I get that... we all feel under the pump... I said " I am too" he just laughed and said " You look it" As I sit here writing on my computer sipping coffee. Yes.... actually.... I am relaxed.
Its busy right? Everyone I speak to is feeling pushed with deadlines, timelines and pressures of life.... Why? is time moving faster? or do we just take on more?
Just breathe, focus on the breathe.... do what you need to do... get it done and relax as much as you can. If you are too fast , you can miss the magic. All those hints and tips for how to handle stress and how to be more relaxed at this time of the year are great... do what works best for you.... and be aware of yourself.... be aware of your body posture, the language your body sends the world... your stress levels and I've found the fastest way to getting through anything stressful is to take it one step at the time... one foot in front of the other with a smile on my face, a warmth in my heart and joy in my mind.
Slow it down, let it be... just do what you can and do your best. Keep your flow on! and when you are " under the pump" relax... let the pump do the work! and if its a water pump.... flow with the water... the strongest element.... and the softest.
We are about to head out to The Woodford Folk Festival for the next few weeks and look forward to meeting up with you there if you are lucky enough to be joining us this year. Its an incredible event and even if you can only come for a day... do it... and come and say hello to us. ....
