At this time we might not be seeing each other physically, however we can stay in touch, we can connect through technology and spend quality time together over a cuppa and be social with our loved ones. Back to the days when we sat on the phone for hours talking to our friends and family. Back to the travellers attitude of connection with home through messages, internet calls and letters.

Play a game together. 

If you are lucky enough to be where there is a beach, wide open spaces and places to walk and enjoy life , then make the most of it while we can. We don't know where this is going and we need our exercise right?

Firstly I want to let you know that we are here to help you. We have reformulated herbal blends to protect you during this time.
