Watermelon Herbal Punch recipe for Summer Celebrations.

Hello Lovelies,
Today I've been thinking about all the lovely cool drinks we can make in summer. Herbal cocktails are always welcomed as they have the healing benefits of the herbs along with the refreshing and celebratory feel for summer.
I absolutely love herbal cocktails, and we often make delightful drinks like Rose Cosmos, Ginger Spritz, Cooling Blue Lotus Martinis, and Ginseng Margaritas. They are all wonderful and fun.
Today, I want to share with you this delicious Watermelon Herbal Punch:
Watermelon Herbal Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
-
1 watermelon (to make 1.5 liters of juice)
-
A knob of ginger (to grate 2 tablespoons of ginger)
-
Some sprigs of fresh mint (half a cup, diced)
-
A bottle of sparkling mineral water (750ml)
-
200ml of maqui berry extraction ( glycerine based)or a herbal berry syrup.
- If you do not add the Berrys you need to add honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions:
-
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into your op shop old school punch bowl.
-
Add some ice to keep it cool.
This is a delicious summery drink for everyone. This recipe is alcohol-free, but you can add 200ml of vodka or gin if desired.
Enjoy this refreshing treat!
Love, Dom xox
