Today is the annual Zen Thai Shiatsu open day at Mt Ninderry where the community gather to enjoy the Zen Thai Shiatsu experience with yoga class, therapy sessions with the graduating students and some community activities. ( Nov 23rd 2024)
The founder Gwyn Williams and his wife Gaia have worked tirelessly to create a buoyant practice that is reaching across the globe. We have programmed Gwyn in at Woodford Folk Festival since I started programming in 2007. And he has attended all our High Vibes on The Mountain Events in Maleny sharing Zen Thai Shiatsu.

Zen Thai Shiatsu is a focused intentional practice of body work that incorporates Thai massage and osteopathy with fascia work and element based yoga practices. I did the training in 2014 and hold this community close to my heart. It is a wonderful therapy and I recommend it to you .

PRANA FEST Moving to Wodfordia for 2025 Festival in June.
Congratulations to Brett and Dom ( not me the other Dom) and the crew at Prana Fest for a wonderful collaboration with our home Festival of Woodford Folk Festival to hold the event at Woodfordia in 2025.
This sings to my heart as Woodfordia is my home place for Festivals and my programming at Woodford Folk Festival is all about health and wellness.
This week Prana Fest and Medicine Room collaboration continues. Earlier in the year we developed a PRANA blend of Body products.
