Skin Care Naturally

Skin Care Naturally

Hello and welcome to my latest newsletter, blog with podcast. Today when I was recording this information about skin care, I was really inspired by kitchen pharmacy and how we can create so many beautiful skin care products directly from our own kitchens at home.

When we look at our skin, we are looking at our bodies biggest eliminative organ and also our protection. We are looking at a sensitive organ that really can make the difference between optimal health and sickness. Our skin is so available to absorb nutrients, to eliminate poisons and to reflect the true health of our whole body.

Keeping our skin healthy really is a priority for each one of us, and often skin conditions come up that can be treated with natural therapies internally as well as topically. Keeping your skin healthy will go a long way in keeping your whole body healthy.

The basis for skin care is really a clean body and a clean environment. However we all know that is the basis for general good health. I personally make all of my own skin care and do not support products  that are not 100% plant based for my own skin care. Its not hard to be all natural with our skin care. I talk about many skin conditions that effect us and what to do to help yourself have beautiful skin again.

In this pod cast I have read from my book THE WELLNESS ZONE as well as added some more info and some great recipes. I just love body exfoliants, massage, oil treatments and nourishing masks and nutrient packs that just utilise the skin as an entry point for whole body wellness. I hope you enjoy listening to my work. I love recipes, I love formulating and I love making at home skin care products. I hope you do too!

People often ask me about deodorants and perspiration. In the podcast here I have spoken about this topic and given you my views on it and my solutions. These solutions are not that difficult to do when you make the commitment to not putting aluminium products and artificial products on your skin. I get concerned with deodorants because they are sprayed right under your arms in the sensitive and important lymphatic area of your body. I do not like deodorants. However I do love aromatherapeutic solutions and also detoxing solutions.

here is the podcast. Please share it with your friends and family if you think they will enjoy.
