This is so special, and I am very excited to finally be organising a retreat where we can come together and give you the attention you require in a personal setting to restore your precious energy at a price that is affordable. This is the view from the main retreat home. Stunning straight down to the Sunshine Coast. What you get on this retreat booking per person. 

1. A very private rejuvenating retreat experience with only 7 other ladies in a private residence.

2. Fully catered  delicious gourmet meals from Dominiques recipes and nutritional, naturopathic regimes. These meals are catered to your healing requirements and discussed before you arrive on site to ensure needs met. They are all vegetarian and non alcoholic.

3. Daily treatments for each person catering to your health needs, includes, Massage, Zen Thai Shiatsu, Kahuna treatments,Hair, face and body masks, wraps and rubs, chinese moxa and pressure point treatments, water treatments watsu,  energy healing and relaxation techniques and healing strategies. You will receive a minimum of four hours treatments personally during this retreat, plus you will receive education and practical classes in many health and treatment protocols that you will do on yourself during retreat.

4. Daily Kundalini Yoga class to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Daily meditations.

5. A Healthy Cooking class with Dom followed by a delicious meal together.

6. Juices, herbal medicines, balms, creams and delicious treats through the three days.

7. Develop your wellness philosophy session to create your health plan for this coming summer
