Making throat sprays, poultices, headache relief and solutions for small ailments is all herbal first aid.
We've made up some kits for the latest online course. These kits include 50ml bottles of individual herbs to pop in your first aid kit, raw herbs to make compresses, poultices and therapies. Plus we have education on the following topics.

Hints, tips and recipes in first aid situations.
The course starts on July 4th.
