Whats in your home first Aid Kit? Join me today to go through all the awesome benefits of herbs in your first aid kit. This is a hands on day where we will be making up your home herbal first aid kit.
We will go through everything you need to help heal small wounds, bruises, abrasions, internal wounds, inflammation, scars. We cover topical herbal first aid.
I'm so excited to run this workshop off the back of my trip to London where I am presenting my work of the last five years on Herbal first aid at two international conferences. So, the workshop we have will be hands on, educational and really helpful.
The day includes workshop, lunch, practical applications.
Please bring two glass jars with lids to take home goodies from workshop.

Come to my Long Table Wellness day and lets make sauces and dressings! These will be medicinal and great additions to your kitchen pantry.
This practical day will include a workshop on making some pretty delicious and simple sauces and dressings. My information on blending and formulating these treats plus we include a vegetarian lunch and relaxing afternoon meditation.
Please bring two empty bottles with lids and a couple of jars with lids to take home goodies from the day!

I'm so excited to spend the day with you making herbal festive gifts that are healthy and fun!
So we are talking recipes and treats that you can whip up and share with family and friends.
At this workshop you will make your own herbal festive tea blend to gift your loved ones, or brew up in the pot for a festive cuppa!
We will also share some dips, delicious marinades and recipes that are readily prepared and stored to help your Christmas celebrations be relaxed and joyful!
Day includes workshop, recipes, lunch and afternoon relaxation.
