Kale chips recipe and why Kale is a super food!

Here is my recipe for Kale chips
Take a big bunch of organic fresh kale
Cut into pieces about three inches square Including stems.
Place in a baking dish
Massage the kale with 2/3 cup of olive oil
Add 1 tablespoon of fine grade sea salt or masses vegetable stock powder.
mix well.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Eat and enjoy...
Why would you want to eat Kale? Its thick and green right? I have been avoiding kale for a long time and thats because I don't feel well when I eat raw kale... Its hard on my digestion and I feel bloated and uncomfortable after a raw kale salad. Unless the kale has been massaged and softened, making it easier on digestion and softer to eat! Massaging your kale breaks down the enzymes and allows it to soak up the flavours you are adding.... Turning kale into a delicious vegetable!
The health benefits of all brassica vegetables boost your immunity, they strengthen your body. Kale is full of Chlorophyl which also carries a small magnesium molecule across its top helping you stay relaxed, balanced and mineralised. Kale has Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin C. Some B group vitamins. It has zero fat.... except the olive oil in my chips. Kale has potassium, calcium and is just one of those super nutritious and densely loaded foods that is good for us...
Thats super foods. The ones that are the most nutrient dense and the ones that build us and make us stronger, protect our bodies and give us awesome energy!
Use your well massaged kale in steamed vegetables, smoothies, soups, salads and make some Kale chips...
