Firstly I want to let you know that we are here to help you. We have reformulated herbal blends to protect you during this time. I have researched extensively the most effective herbs to help prevent infection, boost immunity, fight viruses including the current pandemic and herbs to help reduce coughs, colds, flus plus strengthen your lungs. Its been busy and I am grateful  to be able to help in this time of need. 

We are only operating via phone, email, online and through social media. I'm so sorry to my patients who are missing out on herbal body therapies and naturopathic clinics at the moment. Last week I needed to cancel them all for public health reasons and because we need to stay well and healthy.  to help you with our herbal medicines and personal health needs.

Heres a little blast from the past. 

In 1918 there was a global influenza out break. There was also TB that was epidemic and many people were going to health sanatoriums in Europe, UK and America for recovery and treatments. 

The traditional nature cure treatments were available and they included early morning sun baking. They would stay in the sun in the early morning for up to two hours. Sun gazing was another popular therapy in the early morning sun staring at it with your eyes and taking the sun straight into your brain. ( only for the first hour of the sunrise) and also water therapies in many forms. I'll talk more on that later. Its time I did another podcast.
