How beautiful are these organic Heirloom roses? We were at Husk and honey cafe in Nambour last week on our way to deliver herbal oils to Troy Paynes clinic in Mooloolaba and these beauties just caught my eye!
Of course they did! Beautiful aromatherapeutic roses. Did you know that rose essential oil costs over $6000 au a kilo. And thats the cheap stuff! Roses have always been special and they are so perfect for your Christmas greeting ecard/ blog from our medicineroom crew to you.

We are open for orders till Thursday 19th and thats the day we do our final post in the afternoon. Then we post again on January 9th and 10th. Our full schedule is on the web site and we sent it as a blog to you a few weeks ago. We are also at the markets this Saturday the 21st. and back there on the 11th January. We are closed for all orders and postal services between the 19th Dec and the 9th of January 2020.
See you at Woodford Folk festival and we have a new mushroom blend to launch there. I'll tell you about it now. We have combined reishi mushroom with shitatke mushroom and macqui berry to make a super immuno modulatory, body strengthening, cellular rejuvenating and power blend. When I take this combination my whole body buzzes from the increased energy and high vibration of pure mushroom and fruits of the rainforest medicine! If any of you want to try this blend let us know... Its now on our menu!
This is us working in the dispensary. In case you were wondering what we do all day? We operate from a 1950's house in Maleny CBD area and those of you who have been to my clinics here know that the property is filled with op shop treasures and old furniture thats robust and great for a herbal dispensary! We love it here and have lots of fun! Here Tamara is cutting up our little herbal elixir cards for the festival where you can have your own pre purchased card for $25 for 11 shots. Its a new idea we are trying out! Jahvis is labelling nectar bottles and Andy is also working on the nectars. We have been in full swing making beautiful body products and I'm stoked to say we have everything in stock and almost ready for the festival! We have everything available on our online shop.
The bush fires and climate is terrible everywhere. This week we are predicted to break heat records in many parts of Australia. The westerly winds coming across the dessert will bring scorching temperatures and we wish you all safety and wellness. I have made blogs and video clips plus a podcast on how to stay healthy in these conditions. Please check them out. This pic below is at Red Cow Farm in MossVale Sydney where I went with Mum a few weeks ago. We celebrated her 81st Birthday there and it is so beautiful in the English gardens. However as you can see the paddocks at the back are very very dry!
Red Cow Farm is an awesome garden to visit if you are in the Moss Vale area. They have spring water there so the place is green lush and cool on these super hot days! We loved sitting under the trees and wandering through the garden and its many pockets of surprises! Its the perfect replica of an English estate garden and one that herbalists and plant lovers everywhere will enjoy.
