Wintertyme Tea Box 2021


Welcome to our first Wintertyme tea box 

Contains three glass jars of organic herbs for wintertime wellness

1. Wintertyme tea 60g

Nettle, thyme, liquorice, echinacea and yarrow. A mild soothing and well balanced combo of these traditional wintertyme herbals. Simply add 1 teaspoon of tea for 300 ml boiling water. Allow to infuse for ten minutes and drink. 

2 Elderberries 100g 

Let's make elderberry syrup. This is a great winter syrup and small amounts can be added to your wintertyme tea for sweetness and antioxidants. 

Take 25 grams of elderberries and add to 500ml water in a saucepan. Add 200ml of maple syrup, 200grams of raw sugar or 200ml of raw honey. Then bring to boil and allow to simmer for ten minutes. Cool and filter off the elderberries.  Add 5ml of the syrup to herbal teas, or sip as a throat syrup. 

3. Reishi Mushroom powder 80g

Mushrooms are very popular now and the powder is fashionable added to drinks. We added this to your tea box for a winter boost. Add 1/2 teaspoon to your coffee, hot chocolates and cooking.
